As dentists, we knew previous bad experiences often stopped clients from visiting regularly – and often when they did, it was too late.

So, we decided to take a different approach: be people first. Instead of making it a clinical service, we focused on the people in the chair and their life outside it that made them smile. This shift turned transactions into conversations, services into proactive care, and questions into educational moments. And people started to feel seen, heard and connected.
